This is what you're going to do

You make calculations and draw up quotations to obtain projects or have an advisory role in this. When the order confirmation for a project has been obtained, you are responsible as Project Manager for the complete realization of that project. You are responsible for adequate planning and coordination. You manage the project team, contribute optimizations and are responsible for an optimal course of assembly and installation work on location. You ensure clear communication with all stakeholders and attend construction meetings. You monitor the progress of the costs and any project risks. You regularly report to the Operational Director.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset! This means proactive, solution-oriented and embracing change. You show ownership, motivate and communicate with all links that are important to the project team. Are you that coaching Project Manager who can and wants to run his own "mini business"?

You have these skills

• An entrepreneurial mindset

• Knowledge of the various installations, regulations, guidelines and standards

• Analytical skills and quality oriented

• Flexible and solution-oriented attitude

• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written (German is a plus)

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
